Legal Contract

Parties Client and Virginia Family Law Center
Scope of Services The Virginia Family Law Center agrees to provide legal representation and counsel to the Client in all matters pertaining to family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documentation to the Virginia Family Law Center to enable them to effectively represent the Client`s interests.
Payment Terms The Client agrees to pay the Virginia Family Law Center for their services at the agreed upon rate of $XXX per hour. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in the suspension of legal services.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of legal representation.
